Christie Johnston has been with Thomson Reuters for more than 15 years.  She focuses on helping firms manage their tax and accounting practice with applications that focus on document management, time, billing, and project workflow.   Christie has worked in several areas within Thomson Reuters including: Product Support as a Practice CS Lead, Training and Consulting, and currently with Product Management.  In her spare time, Christie enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, and actively volunteering with the Girl Scouts of America.

Fern Topiol is a Technical Consultant for Practice CS at Thomson Reuters. She is responsible for providing training and consulting for the company’s practice management software. Fern’s prior experience with Thomson Reuters includes acting as a technical trainer for Practice CS, GoFileRoom, and FirmFlow. She was also a software solutions administrator of  time and billing software as well as GoFileRoom and FirmFlow at a Top 25 accounting firm.
