Hector will introduce you to his experience with creating value with his customers in order to implement Value Pricing in his practice.  Creating Value is the fundamental skill that is the precursor to practitioners that want to price based on value (but ADDITIONAL value) and replace hourly billing while creating more profit to the firm and most importantly more profit to the customer.  This one-hour presentation is a summary of a premium course Hector teaches on Value Pricing.
